my stay was ruined by the noisy teenage football teams overrunning the hotel. the breakfast choices were laughable, and the debris lying around was absolutely disgusting. i also expected a complimentary upgrade after all this chaos, but instead, i got nothing and almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
